1. Scope
#These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClipNova Courses (the “Platform”), including any course materials, downloadable resources, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
What these terms cover
They cover: your account obligations, acceptable use, payments, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and how changes are handled.
They do not replace any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility and Account
#You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Security responsibilities
Do not reuse passwords across services. Use a long, unique password and enable device-level security features.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification to secure your account.
3. Acceptable Use

- Sharing or selling account access, course materials, or downloads
- Copying, recording, scraping, or redistributing videos or lessons without permission
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing in any community areas
- Attempting to bypass access controls or probe vulnerabilities
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Services
- Using the Services to violate third-party rights, including privacy and IP
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning you, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access.
We may also comply with lawful requests from authorities where required.
4. Courses, Content, and Access
#We may add, update, or remove lessons, modules, templates, and resources to improve quality, clarity, or accuracy. Course access duration is defined at checkout or within your account settings.
Occasionally, certain features may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Downloads and local copies
If the Services include downloadable resources, you may store a personal copy for your own learning and internal use, subject to the license in Section 6.
You may not upload paid resources to public repositories, file-sharing services, or content libraries.
5. Payment and Refunds
#Prices, taxes, and billing terms are presented at checkout. Payments are processed using secure payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable amount.
Refund eligibility (if any) depends on what you purchased, the time since purchase, and applicable law. Where offered, refunds may be limited if a substantial portion of the course has been consumed.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we may temporarily restrict your account while the dispute is reviewed.
We may provide relevant transaction and access logs to payment processors when responding to disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
#All content on the Services, including videos, lesson text, branding, designs, templates, and downloads, is owned by ClipNova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any payment obligations, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your own learning and internal business use.
What you may and may not do
- Take notes and apply techniques to your own content
- Use templates internally for your brand
- Share your results (not the materials) publicly
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute course files
- Publish lessons or downloads to public platforms
- Remove watermarks or access controls
7. Third-Party Services
#The Services may reference or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., social platforms, analytics, payment providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security practices, or content.
8. Disclaimers
#The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Educational content may include strategy, examples, and opinions. We do not guarantee outcomes, growth metrics, revenue, or platform-specific results. Your results depend on many factors, including your niche, execution, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
#To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipNova and its affiliates, instructors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and Termination
#We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk for the Platform, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions where applicable.
11. Changes
#We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
